In June 1994, on the basis of Vinnytsia State Agrarian Institute, the 2nd International Scientific and Technical Conference "Application of oscillations for technological purposes" was organized and held. Leading experts in this field, noting the significant contribution of the Vinnytsia School of Vibrotechnics under the leadership of P. Bernik, proposed to create a professional "Vibrations in Engineering and Technology" at the Higher Technical Institute.
